I started in 2008 as having issues with dairy. I stopped gluten in 2016 then followed up with others after testing in 2017. Then even more as perimenopause has kicked my tail! Here are some things I've learned that, I hope, will help you!
non-dairy usually means it doesn't have full dairy but could contain derivatives (I was still reacting to non-dairy creamer)
body products sometimes also contain derivatives: some B&BW has gluten that can still cause symptoms
melting down DF chocolate chips can save money over buying bars
if possible, switch up the kinds of non-dairy milks you have as you can develop reactions to foods you frequently consume
